GGA Meeting Request

​Meeting Request Next steps

1. Initiate your GGA Meeting Request, email [email protected] , or call Great GetAways about your meeting needs as soon as possible in order to secure best options and pricing for your meeting needs.
2. If needed, we will proceed with an RFP process to secure hotel and meeting space.
3. A GGA events planner will create a custom form for your meeting needs based on your specifications.
4. You provide a list of participants to Great GetAways. GGA will provide you a link to the customized form for your participants.   
5. Once you have a list of participants you send out the customized GGA  form to your recipient list. 
6. As the forms are submitted, GGA will work directly with the participants.  As the meeting coordinator/organizer, you may wish to receive travel forms from participants as they are submitted.
